MASTER IN CUSTOMER
EXPERIENCE MANAGEMENT

Learn how to manage the relationship with customers in digital environments.

If the customer is satisfied, the company is satisfied; there is no other secret to taking a company to the next level. Advertising is no longer the only focus. An effective connection with the customer will also determine the future success or failure of the company. The Master in Customer Experience Management (MICEMD) aims to provide its participants with the ability to gain the trust of their customers and to generate stable and profitable relationships with them.

Six complete modules will train the participants so that they begin to consider the client as the principal element of the marketing activity. They will learn how to understand and recruit the customer, collect data, elaborate a global management strategy, and finally to gain their trust and engagement.
