WHAT DOES THE ADMISSION TEST ENTAIL?
The ESIC admissions test can be taken either in Spanish or English, depending on the language in which the desired program is taught. Its length is around 90 minutes, and no previous preparation is required.
If a candidate lives in a region without an ESIC campus, he/she has the option of taking the test online.
The admissions test is divided into three parts:
Personal Interview: Aimed at learning about the candidate, his/her interest in the degree, and how motivated they are about being an ESIC student.
Case Study or Business Case: Focused on the writing capabilities of the candidates, their reasoning and expression skills.
English Oral and Written Examination: Aimed at knowing the level of English of the candidates. This exam will not influence the admissions decision if the candidate is applying to a program taught in Spanish..
Candidates with an official English certificate will not be required to do this test.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION:
The following documents (in digital format) will be required:
ID/Passport/NIE
High School transcript
Any of the legal requirements to access the Spanish university system:
Oficcial Certificate of English.
In case the candidates do not have an official certificate of English, they will be required to take an internal language test.
*To take the Certificate Program in Sales Management and Marketing, the legal requirements to access the Spanish university system are not required.
WHEN SHOULD I SUBMIT MY PLACE RESERVATION?
The results of the Admissions Test are communicated around 72 hrs (business days) after it is taken. If the results are positive (the test is passed), the candidate will have to deposit the assigned amount for the Place Reservation, before the date indicated. If the candidate does not deposit the Place Reservation payment before the date indicated, ESIC will not be able to guarantee the place in the program.
If the candidate does not pass high school or the corresponding test to acquire the legal certificate to access the Spanish university system, they will be reimbursed the place reservation payment.
I HAVE THE REQUIREMENTS TO ACCESS THE SPANISH UNIVERSITY SYSTEM, CAN I ENROLL NOW?
Once the candidate has presented the all of the requirements, they will be required to pay the enrollment fee. The Student Services Department will notify candidates with all the information about the instructions to follow.
What difference is there between Business Administration and Marketing? Are all degrees official? Are there degrees taught 100% in English? Should I take a 4 or 5-year-long degree? Many other doubts may arise while planning your undergraduate academic future. See FAQ for more information.
