Students interested in coming to ESIC Business & Marketing School, may come under the terms & conditions of the bilateral agreement with their origin university:

Students have to follow the Admission Process below:

NOMINATION: Partner universities inform ESIC regarding the students nominated for spending one semester or whole year at our institution. Please send the required documents for admission to: internacional.madrid@esic.edu

• Application Form.
• Available subjects.
• Fact Sheet.

ACCEPTANCE: Students are contacted for Welcome & Orientation Day, providing date and time for the event and the following documents:

• Academic Calendar.
• ESIC grading System.
• Accomodation info
• Courses timetable.

Acceptance letters are provided only upon students/university request.

REGISTRATION: Students must provide with the following documents to be completed and return to the International Office, prior to their arrival:

• Subject Plan form.

Information for incoming students

Students interested in coming to ESIC Business & Marketing School (Valencia campus), may come under the terms & conditions of the bilateral agreement with their sending institution:

Students have to follow the Admission Process below:

NOMINATION: Partner universities will inform the International Office at ESIC Valencia about the nominated students for each semester.
Please send the required documents for admission to: international.valencia@esic.edu

REGISTRATION:

Students will have to follow the registration process, as described via email, a few weeks before the beginning of the semester.

At the same time, they will have to send the registration form together with the other documents before the given deadline.

• ESIC Valencia registration form. Students will also have to send electronically the following documents:
• A passport-type picture for your student ID
• Application form of ESIC (electronically filled in—not handwritten)
• A copy of your passport
• Academic certification with your marks (transcript of records)
• A motivation letter introducing yourself
• List of available courses: UNDERGRADUATE COURSES at ESIC Valencia
• English-taught courses Please ask for an updated list.
