En este caso, se habla de la Ciencia de la Felicidad como una ciencia esencial en la sociedad actual en comparación al planteamiento filosófico tradicional. Los dilemas que se plantean a lo largo del mismo para que los “discutas” con tu entorno son los siguientes:
- ¿En qué consiste la Felicidad?
- ¿Es bueno el sufrimiento como elemento de la misma? ¿Qué papel juega el fracaso?
- ¿Qué rol juegan las nuevas tecnologías en la Felicidad?
- ¿Cuáles son los motivos principales de la infelicidad?
- ¿Se puede aprender a ser feliz? ¿Hay una ruta hacia la Felicidad?
- ¿Cuáles crees que son los elementos más importantes de la Felicidad?
Como te comentamos en el documento de introducción de contenidos, la idea que es que, primero, fijes tu opinión sobre los mismos para, después, comentes estos aspectos con las personas que tienes en tu entorno.
Finalmente, visualiza el vídeo y mira la opinión de un experto para comparar con lo anterior y re-definir, si necesario, tu opinión. Finalmente puedes dejar tu opinión en el blog del MBM en (dirección)
