What do we do in the department of professional careers & internships?
We dedicate our time to the following functions:
COMMERCIAL Tasks
We are in constant contact with companies, head-hunters and human resources consultants to achieve a high volume of participation in the selection processes, either for labour hiring at all levels, functions and sectors, or for the field of internships in companies.
ADVISORY Tasks
The Department of Professional Careers and Internships in Companies offers individualized advice to current ESIC alumni and students aimed at improving aspects related to the development of their professional career (job search strategy, better Curriculum Vitae, personal branding, etc.)
RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION Tasks
We define professional profiles in cooperation with companies, we recruit and preselect candidates adjusted to the profiles that are demanded and we work with the companies until the selection process is complete.
TRAINING Tasks
We organize training sessions aimed at improving the employability of our students and former students.
