A SESSION TO ANALYSE VARIOUS STRATEGIC, TACTICAL AND OPERATIONAL CONCEPTS USED IN THE RATIONALISATION OF GLOBAL TRADE.

The Master in International Business focuses on understanding when and how these concepts are applied, as well as optimisation methods for their proper implementation.

The main objectives of the course are based on:
► Designing strategies that improve the internationalisation of companies.
► Implement logistics/supply chain strategies.
►  Understanding the contractual, marketing, financial, legal and documentary aspects of foreign trade.
