This session focuses on the importance of cultural factors in conducting international business. Among other things, influencing consumer decision-making styles and developing business partnerships with international players requires cross-cultural awareness. During the master class, the challenges of conducting cross-cultural market research to design competitive cross-cultural marketing strategies will be discussed.
