Our Master in Marketing Management (MMM) is designed to help you manage international marketing and commercial strategies by aligning a global vision with local market needs. You’ll gain a deep understanding of the key drivers of globalization and customer-centric approaches that will keep you competitive in complex and ever-changing scenarios. The program explores how both SMEs and large corporations internationalize their products and services, and it includes hands-on training with tools like PowerBI and Salesforce. STUDENTS’ PROFILE: WHO IS THIS MASTER’S DEGREE FOR?

This Master's is designed for young professionals like you, preferably with experience in business, marketing, or sales, and a bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field. If you’re a recent graduate or come from a different academic background, you may still be admitted based on your academic record and a personal interview. In such cases, some supplementary preparation may be required. An official English certificate is mandatory for all candidates.

This course enhances employability through training activities focused on developing key skills for the professional environment. As part of your learning journey, you will have the opportunity to access additional spaces for knowledge and networking by selecting — from a list of masterclasses, workshops, and events — the activities that best align with your professional interests and development goals within the program.

You will develop a professional-level Marketing Plan for the international launch of a product. This final challenge is designed to help you apply research and strategic planning skills within a real-world business context, showcasing not only your academic knowledge but also your growth in personal and professional competencies acquired throughout the program. Your task is to design an International Marketing and Tactical Execution Plan with a budget of €500,000. The project must involve at least one non-EU country located outside the European continent.

This subject enhances employability through training activities focused on developing key skills for the professional environment. As part of your learning journey, you will have access to optional knowledge and networking opportunities, selecting—from a curated list of masterclasses, workshops, and events—those that best align with your professional interests and development goals.

This subject also includes active participation in the national Marketing Summit, held at the Madrid Campus, where you will learn from industry experts and connect with fellow participants from all ESIC campuses.

Development of a digital marketing plan and leadership skills: persuasive communication and conscious leadership.

You will work on a group-based Master’s Final Project, focused on applying and demonstrating the knowledge acquired throughout the academic year. In addition to reinforcing teamwork, this project will allow you to showcase the leadership and persuasive communication skills developed during the program.

You will face both individual and group assessments. Some subjects include joint evaluations using shared real-life cases, requiring integrated analysis and solutions across courses. You’ll complete 4 group assessments plus the Final Master Project.

  • Market Research Tools: You will implement practical research techniques using digital tools to design, execute, and analyse studies with quantitative and qualitative methodologies.

Our Master’s Degree in Marketing Management in Madrid is taught at ESIC Business & Marketing School campus. Our campus in Madrid was inaugurated in 2021 and has 36 classrooms, an auditorium for 300 people, 16 work rooms, 5 meeting points, gym, a mindfulness room, cafeteria and much more. Our classrooms are full of students from our master's and postgraduate programs specializing in marketing, management, and technology.
