Join us on the 7th of July at 18:00h for a roundtable discussion among the students of ESIC’s Master in International Trade and Business about “What skills are necessary for the employability of a junior profile in the global market?”

We will hold a debate with students of ESIC’s Master in International Trade and Business about which skills and abilities they deem to be necessary. We will then explain what exactly these skills consist of and how they can be acquired or developed, as well as their influence on one’s professional career. The debate will be moderated by David Egbring, the Director of the program and attended by students such as Elisabetta Merlin and Joana Ramos.

WHAT WILL WE LEARN?

1) The difference between softhard and deep skills.

2) The skills in the training process and in the company: learning and development.

3) What new skills are needed in the post-pandemic world (a faster, even more unpredictable and interesting world than ever before).

4) Professional change and growth: the path towards excellence.
