Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way companies address strategic challenges: diagnosing the market, obtaining customer insights, establishing ethical boundaries in customer relationships, driving new business models, and managing digital transformation… Digital marketing departments must know how to take advantage of these dynamics and apply the benefits of AI to develop competitive digital marketing plans.

In this subject we will cover the following:

  • Digital Business Models and Digital Ecosystems
  • Ethics and Sustainability of AI in Digital Marketing
  • SOSTAC High‑Impact Digital Marketing Plans
  • Customer‑Centric Open Innovation
  • AI Social Media Listening and Insight Validation

Learning will be supported by the following tools and methodologies: Microsoft Copilot, Business Model Navigator, Statista, SOSTAC, Design Thinking, Xeerpa, Carto DB.

In addition, you will work on a Real Case in which you will analyse the main challenges organisations face in highly competitive and disruptive markets in order to present alternative proposals.

In today's digital economy, it is increasingly difficult to achieve the level of brand visibility required for users to recognise its authority when they see a logo. Creativity becomes essential for choosing a brand’s name and developing its graphic representation across multiple touchpoints.

To develop all elements of the value proposition, the website is ultimately the best space to communicate and integrate all digital brand assets. The combination of human creativity and AI capabilities is a decisive lever to achieve market differentiation.

In this subject we will develop learning through the following:

  • Creation and Management of the Digital Brand
  • Creation and Management of the Digital Brand
  • User Experience, Usability, and Data in Web Environments
  • Creating a Website with WordPress

Learning will be supported by the following tools and methodologies: Figma, Microsoft Copilot, Similarweb, WordPress.

You will also work on a Real Case focused on optimising the user‑centred web experience through a web design proposal that brings the brand’s value proposition to life using WordPress.

Search engine marketing based on keywords has evolved with the intensive and widespread use of prompts in AI assistants. Companies must know how to leverage the new search context conditioned by AI‑driven engines in order to position themselves as key answers to those queries.

Knowing how to optimise organic possibilities through SEO and GEO gives long‑term authority and consistency, but for more short‑term results it is essential to master paid media.

This subject is structured into the following:

  • The Evolution from SEO to GEO: Fundamentals and Disruption
  • AI Organic Optimisation
  • SEM: AI in the Google Ads Paradigm
  • AI‑Optimised Digital Advertising Campaigns

Learning will be supported by Figma, Microsoft Copilot, Similarweb, Google Ads.

Additionally, you will work on a Real Case in which you will develop optimisation plans for search engine marketing and AI assistants to improve companies’ authority in user responses.

A fundamental feature of digital marketing is being customer‑centric. This requires finding the balance between legal requirements for customer data and market opportunities.

With this data, we can develop competitive intelligence that becomes a strategic asset to gain market share.

As customer data accumulates, the need to automate interaction processes becomes inevitable. Analytical AI for Business Intelligence and generative AI for unlimited content creation are key transformative levers for companies working under a customer‑centric paradigm.

To understand and master the complexity of this essential area, this subject covers the following:

  • Data Legality in AI Environments
  • Business Intelligence, Data Analytics & AI
  • Generative AI Applied to Marketing
  • Marketing Decision Intelligence: From CRM to CMP
  • AI Marketing Automation – HubSpot

Learning will be supported by Figma, Microsoft Copilot, Similarweb, HubSpot.

Digital marketing knowledge, skills, and competencies are constantly updated thanks to technological advancements. The widespread adoption of generative AI marks the latest major disruption.

This requires a hybrid profile: specialised yet able to maintain a generalist view, capable of validating AI output and achieving unique results from common tools.

Leadership to enhance teamwork and critical thinking to build outstanding prompts are becoming essential qualities for any digital marketing role.

Through the following topics, we will achieve an introspective review aimed at developing the best professional profile for achieving effective AI‑driven performance:

  • Communication and Leadership in Digital Marketing Projects
  • Critical Thinking as the Foundation of Prompting and Its Results

Learning will be supported by Figma, Microsoft Copilot, Similarweb.

In digital marketing, we channel the company’s investment into intangible assets such as brand, positioning, acquisition strategies or customer loyalty.

Making decisions with financial rigour is essential to gain approval for these investments.

Based on knowledge of financial instruments, common budget allocation KPIs and technologies for executing these decisions, we will develop a learning process that begins with highly practical financial fundamentals and ends with the use of technologies to execute decisions and validate them through results.

  • Financial Fundamentals for Digital Marketing
  • Optimising Digital Marketing Budget Investments
  • Budget Planning and Control in Platforms: Basis DSP

Learning will be supported by basis DSP.

The most tactical side of digital marketing involves campaign development. Although we have already covered SEM, in this subject we will dive deeper into two essential channels: programmatic (RTB) and social media.

Once we assume decisions are based on customer data, the digital advertising ecosystem enables real‑time campaigns through bidding processes supported by technologies such as the advertiser’s DSP, the publisher’s SSP, and the ad exchange that connects them.

Roles such as yield manager or traffic manager develop critical skills for optimising investment results.

Social networks offer extensive advanced segmentation possibilities. Understanding their strategic use and then the tactical aspects of campaigns will be the second part of this subject.

Thematic blocks:

  • Display Advertising and Programmatic Buying
  • Social Media: Growth Strategies and Hyper‑Segmentation
  • AI‑Powered Paid Media (Meta, Google, TikTok Campaigns)

Learning will be supported by Figma, Microsoft Copilot, Similarweb, Meta, Google, TikTok.

Students will face a new Real Case, working in groups. The challenge will be to develop high‑impact campaigns in programmatic and social media.

Having control over direct‑to‑consumer (DTC) sales or amplifying global reach through marketplaces gives digital marketing the confidence to drive investments aimed at rapid growth.

There are many aspects to master in CRO, and the disruption caused by AI‑driven solutions in Ecommerce is intense. The industry is already speaking of agentic Ecommerce.

This subject explores all the key operational elements, starting with a strategic vision of omnichannel, understanding product search across stores and marketplaces, and finally applying this knowledge in the integrated development of an online shop using Shopify.

Thematic blocks:

  • Intelligent Omnichannel Commerce
  • CRO, AI Product Discovery and Marketplaces
  • Building an Online Shop with Shopify

Learning will be supported by Figma, Microsoft Copilot, Similarweb, Shopify.

Students will work on a new Real Case, in groups, focused on developing an omnichannel strategy centred on DTC sales through a Shopify‑built online shop.

This subject runs throughout the programme and aims to help students build a strong network that enhances their professional profile.

There will be sessions focused on tools, company cases, current topics, trends and business challenges.

Students will interact with active professionals who, from within companies, share how they approach these challenges.

A highlight is the Marketing Summit, held over a weekend in Madrid, bringing together students from all campuses and expanding their network beyond classes while tackling an intensive two‑day challenge where students are the protagonists.

As a result of the learning obtained across the different subjects, students will ultimately develop a full digital marketing plan.

Using the SOSTAC methodology and leveraging the analytical, research and content‑generation capabilities of AI, teams are expected to build and defend the best possible digital marketing plan for a company to compete in the market.

It will be an oral presentation before a panel, culminating technical learning in digital marketing and professional development in teamwork, leadership, critical thinking, working under pressure, time management and persuasive communication.

*Estructura académica sujeta a cambios. Algunas sesiones de realidad empresarial y networking podrían impartirse en webinars fuera del horario lectivo.

You can also take this programme in Spanish or online.
